"I feel behind on payments for an auto policy. I called to find out how much was needed to get back on track and reinstate that policy. I paid that amount. I never received my insurance cards so I called to enquire about them. I was told underwriting did not reinstate my auto policy and that I would receive a refund check for the amount I had paid. Ok, no problem, I went and got coverage through another carrier. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a notice that I am behind payments with Staye farm again. I call the agency and am informed underwriting did actually reinstate the original policy and that I owe for the policy I was told didn't exist. After going round and round with the agency I was told it wasn't their fault that underwriting gave them bad information and that the agency was just doing what I had asked for by signing the contract. So its my fault I was told I no longer had coverage, its my fault I wasn't informed the policy was actually reinstated. Ill acknowledge that I fell behind originally and thats on me, but the handling of all the reinstatement issues is 100% on this agency. I don't talk to underwriting, they do, its not my fault they were given bad information. This agency is a joke."

"Could not be happier with my choice to move to State Farm. I had SF quote me last October at my annual renewal for auto and homeowners and the rates were coming in lower for more coverage.
